Subject: great idea! lets all talk about our work...
I've been doing a fair bit of coding in C++ incluing writing file import/export routines for ESRI shape files - its actually pretty interesting: the ESRI shape file format contains a bizarre mixture of big endian and little endian byte sequences as well as support for DBase 5 file formats. We hada file the other day where it was using the "deleted" flag which really fucked me up for a while there - still you have to laugh eh?

Other than that, been meeting with new clients and trying to keep our existing ones happy: there's about to be a new RFP for the Ontaro Power Authority so we'er all pretty excited about that although we have to be careful to maintain our chinese walls lol
Whats everyone else been up to?

i've been gardening and doing a bit of diy, took a fireplace out the other day, boarded it up , skimmed it with plaster then put an air vent in. i was so pleased i nearly pissed blood, either that or i had strained something

Good to see you back on the board.
Its CS:Source these days am afraid. I was planning a gradual slow changeover but it seems to have already happened. Do you have HL2 yet?
