excellent news nix - I tought i'd worked you pretty good when i saw you a week or so back!
I've booked two hotel rooms in dalry (close to Ted's) for the 31st and 1st for any overflow. we'll make sure evrybdy has a bed.
the plan is to hang out at ted's on homgany and then round at ours in New Galloway on the 1st. transport between dalry and new galloway to be thought about and arranged.

good question fix - been thinking the same thing. notable by his absence of late.
I think he's coming though - he was well up for it when we all saw each other earlier in the year (in fact, i think it was his idea).
