WARNING: Boring Organisational Type Email.......
Ok, the get-together at Hogmany is fast approaching and we need a firm idea of numbers so we can sort the accommodation between my place and Ted's.
Please let me know ASAP when you plan to come down so we can allocate rooms.
If we have more people than beds then we'll need to book some hotel rooms in the village, which we want to do pronto.

We will come down on the 31st and hping to stay the 1st as well if that is okley dokley? nae kids - they will be with the grandparents

dex, you are booked in at ours for the 31st no worries, although we have friends who need to stay with us (due to babies) booked in for the 1st, so we will get you sorted either at Ted's or at hotel for that night. I'll confirm as soon as I can. I hope that's OK? Sorry if it's a hassle.

hi woox,
yeah sax and i will probably need a decent bed as well so maybe a hotel room for us as well. Alternatively maybe Catherine, Anna and Sandra could all sleep in the same bed and the boys can party on down and crash out somewhere, anywhere .
