Its really quite hard to get a laptop with a geforce card in at the moment. Toshiba do one (satellite 2450) and Dell's most expensive inspiron (8500) has one but apart from that its tough. If its truly the best deal then I would game with a Radeon 9000 - just be prepared that you might need the odd patch for gaming but as there are gonna be so many of these cards around, I don't think support will be an issue.
Over here, Gateway seem to be doing some very good deals in terms of functionality per dollar. Also, BestBuy (equivalent of pcworld?) in the US are selling HPs with pretty kickass specs.
