I think every one should just chill out and count to 10.. . .. .and remember it is only a game ... . . . ..

It must be remembered that Stix had no network capability til 9.30pm Sat(which came together surprisingly smoothly) and there was a below par Luke to be tended to as well - so all in all it was a successful albeit brief test run. The major lesson is to make sure comms exist outside CS (where messages come and go too quickly) ie icq or SKYPE (which as of last night does free conference calling) pref on a separate old machine. And the really important thing is that Stix has two networked gaming machines (admittedly 1 dodgy OS to sort) with 5 free slots for any strays to drop in when family affairs permit. Unfortunately the rest of the world didn't really know what was going on. It was good to give Nix the opportunity to play with his other pram toys though Fix just needs his laptop and were sorted up here ..

i'm on the road from tomorrow for over a week so after tonight i'll be up for a big bust up round the weekend of 7/3 though
