Anyone (Dex?) know the html code for a link to launch a program? I want to put an html intro/ contents page on my CD with links to .exe's on the same CD. I've tried using HREF etc but it comes back with web page not found :-/

Okay, so far I have worked out HREF blah blah works but it does it via the download dialogue, ie: do you want to open, save the file etc. Does anyone know if there is a way to click on a link in a web page and just launch the exe from it's location on the CD without having to go through a dialogue. Also do autorun.inf files work with htmls or only with exe's? Please someone else write something on this thread!
