there are some wild drivers out there!
first one wiped out ALL graphics & the second just froze.
do you choose software or D3D for video mode in CS?
surely you don't still use the 3dfx though do you?

for 3dfx voodoo 2 use the mini 3dfx driver
for 3dfx voodoo 3 use OpenGL
for all other cards try OpenGL first then resort to D3D if the OpenGL does not work

and i need to update....
sisoft says it's a VGA bios but in the next line says not VGA compatible
sounds confused to me.
i hear many probs with xp on older machines is bios related..
deep breath and a restrained pause for lunch before i flash....
