has anyone seen this PCI card perform well with CS...? having trouble getting drivers that do the biz for winxp

yeah that voodoo card rocks with CS. I game under 2000 myself and find it purrrfect although I work under xp pro and that's not bad either guess they might not be making new drivers for such an old card so you might have to go back to 2000

it works great, first operating system I've had that performs well and so far (touch wood) trouble free. Also great for networking - just plug the network cable in and you're away - no more Alison Street style hours to get everything talking to each other.

Was that all the fecking machines had windows 98 installed, a really good networking operating system and we didnt know what the fuck we were doing, I see you guys have learnt finally. And i use windows 2000 as xp really is shite! whens the next game up!! dex

all the other happy workers where I work use it and from an admin but non-user point of view it seems pretty much win 2000 with a slightly different gui - you can always make it look like the old skool micro$oft winbloze anyway I reckon you just love reinstalling dex heh?

Dex loves reinstalling but only if he doesn't have a copy of everything he needs to reinstall, otherwise it's not complicated enough!
