can't exactly remember what it was called but it had guns and killing and teams and some theme to do with counter-terrorism..... Anyone fancy a trip down memory lane?

my puter is working!! Having a few problems like my CD drive and all my restore points have completely vanished! When I boot up I get this message.. Ultra DMA Mode -5 S.M.A.R.T. Capable but disabled No idea WTF is going on. Suggestions please.

hey mex, you disappeared yesterday - I can help you fix your HD problem - its just a case of going into bios and enabling smart on that drive. Did you try what I told you? How did it go? Will be working all weekend so you can ICQ me.

Subject: no joy

reinstalled XP, enable SMART is not a bios option, I reset bios to default settings but still getting the same message when I boot up. External cd drive works fine as do all other external devices such as usb key, digi camera etc. If I go to Device Manager/ System devices/ DMA controller it says that no drivers are intalled for this device. I tried clicking on update driver but it couldn't find one.
