i don't need one really but it would be handy for work and useful if i wanna do some paragliding whilst in NZ no? So can we go paragliding in NZ - can we? can we? p.s. am shit scared of heights - does that matter?

shouldn't be a problem to find someone to take you paragliding. A gps isn't all that essential when you can see the landing field from the take off and you're not actually doing the flying! Being shit scared of heights can be a disadvantage if you didn't go to the toilet beforehand, you'd be attached to the actual pilot who probably isn't that scared of heights. Maybe you should practice target puking into a bag. If you know someone who has a convertible, stand in the back and get them to drive at 50kmh round a sharp bend while you practice so you can get accustomed to the inertia.
