Subject: Help needed from anyone in the Uk

Zeacon have shut down my hosting account despite me sending them two emails asking how them not to shut it down and to contact me to receive payment. I now have no website and any email sent to me is gonna get bounced. I have an 8 hour drive tomorrow and won't be able to call them. Can someone in the Uk possibly call 0845 226 5566 and find out how I'm supposed to get everything online again and send me an email to marksegal_mailATyahooDOTcom to let me know what they say? Alternatively can anyone suggest a new UK based hosting company I can sign up with any help will be much appreciated

Subject: that is shoddy in the extreme! hey mex, what is your gps like?

you happy with it or wish you'd got the model up? does it interface with your pc? have you used it much? would you recommend it? am thinking of not going for the ones with the maps and just sticking to the basic gps cos its cheaper and am not convinced that the map option is mature yet. yours is the gamrin geko yes? hope your web and mail gets sorted soon. can you teach me to paraglide when we're in NZ please? when do yuo arrive?

Mine is the etrek legend. It's bloody great although the one disadvantage it has compared to the next one up is that it has a gps compass in it which means you have to be moving for it to work (not usually a problem paragliding) whereas the more expensive one has an electronic compass so it knows where north is even when you are stationary. The geko is a bit shitty I think

Cheers Phil, I got an email from don host to say that Zeacon have not paid donhost but that i can go to them direct so I'm gonna call them tomorrow and get it done.

last time they wanted renewal it was for ridiculous money and for not a great deal in return! However, if I hadn't gone for the much cheaper option (recommended highly by Dex I have to say!

I wouldn't be in the spot I'm in now!
