nah we were having techy troubles plus trying to get hold the neilsons plus my dodgy borrowed connection kept dropping. de_port is a fantastic new level (the lines of sight are ridiculous - must be at least 600-800m in parts) though and the new version of de_inferno rocks! The server didn't crash too many times although it still did crash so looks like am on for new hardware - any donations welcome good to see lots of ppl who haven't been around for a while (moleman, kaiser, dex) great news that the neilsons have two copies of HL2 - shame that steam doesn't update at the START of the week rather than a thursday night. We need to try again soon and maybe have a deathmatch sesh so everyone can try toilet throwing. Grix's new script appears to work a treat. Do you wanna setup same thing for HL2 DM?

new levels were good, how do we throw toilets around , i am definately up for some of that, beats a knife fight anyday, pans at dawn.. he he he, sorry i'll put a lid on it (no excuses for the pun)

all that pent up aggression and noone to kill - ended up taking out our frustrations on each other with a full on drunken water fight. Strongly suspect that one of our desktops has nasty case of alzheimers and is not long for this world

discovered that my dodgy desktop is dodgy because it seems to have touble with AGP cards - put in a crap PCI card and it is as happy as larry - you might want to do the same on the server - use a built in graphics chip (if it has one) or a crappy PCI one
