as we all know by now cold showers don't work bceause the damn water is not cold enough even when you run it for 10 minutes first so I thought I'd share a couple of tips: 1) when standing in your cold shower, let the water pound against the back of your neck as that aera is particularly sensitive to temperature 2) open the freezer and press your wrists into the several nihes of ice that you judiciously left to grow with this very eventuality in mind.

damn my freezer has a "nofrost" function, also the temp hasnt hit 30c yet, will put it too the test when it does and report back, i may be some time :-)
