hmmm, dunno about the GMT thing but your EST is an hour out. The board currently says that it is 11:12 EST whereas in fact it is 12:12 EST it is a very useful thing to have though

its GMT and EST, no daylight saving - are you not on BST in the UK at the moment and EDT in montreal? i could be wrong...

So, G, I guess the question becomes can you code up something a bit cleverer that switches between EDT and EST as appropriate?
