teamspeak is downloaded onto the montreal server Nix you need to port forward UDP 8767 to the cs server so we can have a play with it. At the moment i haven't configured it nix - before forwarding the port you need to configure it (password it) through a web interface on the cs server at port 14534 Download the windows TeamSpeak client here

but due to the fact that 1. I played like a donkey 2. My computer deciding to play cs source in jerk a vision 3. I played like a donkey I opted out early I have though rectified computer problem, windows xp had decided to enable indexing on my steam drive so whilst trying to play it was caching steam files... very good if i wanted to search but not so good to game with. Hope fully it will be fine from now on though i think the donkey may still be influencing my play can we have a donkey emoticon

yeah fix gave up on friday there cos he wasn't playing at his best. Come on guys! Yes its cool when you're in the groove and headshotting everyone but thats not everything is it? This is our way to play together. If you're not having fun speak up and lets change level or get rid of the bots or really anything you can think of but don't skulk off just cos you're not getting as high a score as someone else. Everyone is useful in CS even if they're not making kills, you're a pair of eyes and you're a decoy if nothing else. Everyone makes a difference. I sometimes play on public servers and wonder why my score is crap but its generally because I'm putting the team first and plugging the gaps (this really doesn't make sense on public servers cos everyone tends to be just out for themselves but hey old habits die hard ) I hope its not my barking orders that is putting people off. If so let me explain: we tend to play better when we communicate; plus its a way of us interacting - by talking to each other; if someone else wants to tell me where to stand I'll be happy - I just love the bullshit and the banter (when we're not all too stoned to talk) I actually think we've overdone the bots thing and it would be nice to go back to killing each other when we get a good turnout but in order for that to work, we can't have people just dropping out at random. If thats gonna happen then we always need to play with bots. WHat does everyone else think? Are we just getting bored of CS (its been a few years now) or do we wanna try and get back some of that Allison Street magic? For my part, I'm happy to try to host teamspeak to make things a bit more personal although I fear it will eat up my bandwidth and damage the gameplay but we wont know till we try it. For your parts we could try to say goodbye before we leave and not drop out of a game we've all arranged and leave everyone else short just cos we're sulking about how crap we are. Not trying to insult anyone here, just think am detecting a case of rot and trying to deal with it before its too late. Remember we're just using this to stay in touch and have fun together. We can change whatever we want. If anyone has issues with me or the way we're going about any of this, lay it on me man - I can take it

i'm happy with you barking orders etc if thats what you do, i enjoy playing the game especially when it goes right but even when it goes wrong, my scores have improved because of practice and yes nick on public servers each and every so called team member is out for themselves, very different to playing in a team or clan. We do well infact if you guys could get on one night on the ghostwatch server we could play as a team against others, no pressure to get "BOOM HEADSHOT" with every bullet just good wholesome killing. I think its down to practice and nothing more, well apart form some dodgy connections sometimes and i know some guys would like new pc's etc however it can be equalled out on the night. peace to all in the community
