I have put together an
example of why IE is dangerous to use
clicking on a link allows any website to run calculator.exe on your computer - it could be ANY program or a program coded by me included in the exploit
this exploit has no patch available yet and the code is freely available form
here
disabling javascript will protect IE but thats not the default setting and its not that easy to find...
use firefox or opera

if you search for grixnix on google the first entry you get is LIVE NUDE CATS and its a post that I submitted years ago when I was working for Appraisure. Wow! just shows you need to be careful what you write online - it can come back to haunt years later.
ON TOPIC: it throws up a box saying that the script is loaded and I need to press OK and then it crashes - not good but not scary - disappointed
was gonna show this to my workmates to get them all onto firefox ( a few are still resisting)

Ok I just reset my IE to default security and tried again. This time I didn't press any OK button and just waited and got a crash notification. Something up with your "proof" of concept matey
