ok really not sure if there will be more than me, grix and rex playing on saturday but am looking forward to it in any case. I wont be playing tonight (friday) as only stix is interested in playing tonight and there's been a big dump of snow and I have a new snowboard and a new ski pass and the slopes open today so am off to grab some freshies. Sorry Stix but am sure you understand. Hopefully see you tomorrow.

ok, fair enough but am not organising any more games. Someone else take the lead and if there's enough people signed up before I make other plans I'll join in. A virtual rendezvous is just as important as a real one because people plan their time around it.

ok so I threw the toys out of the pram just then. I just feel like people dont play when am not around so then I make sure am around and then if no-one lays I get pissed off - you will respect my authority! - hmmm ....anyway, tried my new board out and it pretty nice: its fast and stable at speed although it was pretty icy and not all that interesting doing the same one run 10 times. However, I took a racing line down the lone blue a couple of times and it held up pretty sweet. Can't wait to see how my new baby performs now I've put the switched the bindings round to face the front of the board

remember there was a bit of a craze for them before 'boarding really took off. they had full ski bindings and you wore proper ski-boots. always struck me as a bit mental looking. VERY fast, which led to spectacular crashes, especially at glenshee. i seem to rememeber they spent more time on thier arses than snowboarders (crikey, just had a look....you can still get them)
