rss feed but you don't want to look at that as a webpage that is the url for the live bookmark or newsreader software.
if you view source of the page dex you will see this:
<link rel="alternate" type="application/rss+xml"
title="GxNx Industries RSS"
href="rss/gxnxrss.xml">
which makes Firefox display the little
in the bottom right hand corner or at the far end of the address bar
