Process Explorer It's free and far, far better than Wincrap Task Manager. You can also set it to replace Task Manager when you Ctrl Alt Del. There's some other quite handy stuff on same site.

this has been my favorite
anti-virus for the past year, effective with a really small footprint...only drawback is it's not free but the 30 day trial is useful
