So the world cup is decided on penalties again. Boring - when a game still cannot be decided after 2 hours is it not abouit time they changed the rules to make it easier to score goals?
Some suggestions:
- no goalie
- bigger goals
- 9 men on each side
- if you fall over clutching your shin padded leg crying like a baby you should be suspended from football forever and made to play bowls

My goal scoring incentive is that if your team loses, a member of your family or someone near and dear gets executed.
A friend suggested holding the penalty shootout BEFORE the game so both teams already know who's won if the game's a draw. I think this is an excellent idea

Although that would mean one team only has to defend which is the problem I am trying to remove - too much defense not enough attack.
