unless you know what the 4mb or 8mb wave set does and if you think it is any better!

Subject: canna download directx 9.0a as it will only download installer
which then connects to internet to download rest sorry....
but have your sound driver and graphic driver
you shouldn't need to update your version of directx anyway as thats not what the problem is
