Just make sure they are the correct fit and are secured onto the rear and face of the tyre and cranked up as much as poss. Pretty obvious but if they come loose it can be messy. Presume that boarding season is starting and your request for snowchains is just to wind us up !!

i think a honda civic would need to go to
Monster Garage (a tv program on discovery channel here where they take normal cars and turn them into MONSTER vehicles that put out fires etc ) to get a warrant of fitness
