Hey grix, because my netbook is small and knickable/looseable I've added a keyfile to keepass on my netbook which is a photo on a usb stick. But when I start keepass it immediately comes up with a message saying that the keyfile cannot be found which totally gives away the keyfile filename and it's last location. I know that's not particularly helpful to an intruder but it's more helpful than no message at all. Do you know if there's any way of disabling the message?

Think I've answered my own question. Options > Advanced > Advanced then untick Automaticaly search key files, Automaticaly search key files on removable media and Remember key sources
