Subject: Grix, don't forget....
Life's tough on the road. This morning had to get up at 9.30 to sit outside and have breakfast at our beachfront hotel! Now I have to hang around all day with nothing to do except swim and sauna and use the hotel health suite then this evening I have to do a whole fucking show. This means I have to wait until about 10pm before I can start drinking (again).
I'm here for five days and not sure if I can take the pace. Looking forward to getting back to Switzerland so I can do some more flying before my next arduous engagement.

You just can't understand how it feels to be a tormented artiste. I've made two whole shows in four days and last night won first prize in the competition - 1500 Euros plus a few more bookings! Can you imagine how that makes me feel?
To be treated like a prostitute when I am only interested in art for arts sake.
I would rather die of thirst than drink from the cup of mediocrity.
Still the money will come in handy.
Think I'll go for a swim in the sea then head for the sauna, maybe it will ease the torment.
