and the only other broadband provider, telstra, won't give me cable because I don't have a phone line with them BUT THEY SAID THEY COULD NOT GIVE A PHONE LINE WHERE I LIVE - bastards

... tell kath that if you don`t get broadband then she`ll need to take the shoes back - she`ll soon find you a provider. It took me months to find Look. Try doing a search under wireless broadband internet in your area. Hell tell me where you live and i`Il look for you. You ain`t going out like that man! Fight them! most ISPs in the wellington area are DSL eh there are a couple though who talk about wireless and fibre optic without giving details. what about starting afresh with telstra and telling them you want phone and internet - so what if you end up with two phones for a month - we`ll have you back. You`ll be one of us once more - remember the warmth and the community - never having to think for yourself - never being alone - come to us - come.... I know you wont let us down but in the meantime... here`s some sad and sympathetic smileys

telstra will not give me a phone line where I am period fibre optic is in Wellington - I got that for the office I will check out the wireless though - good idea! thing is there are two exchanges nearby and I am connected to the shit one - the other has ADSL fix is right what do you expect in a developing country
