Subject: OK ladies, GLOBAL CS game starts on Friday at 9pm GMT...

which will be 4pm EST (montreal) and 8am Saturday morning NZ time? just tested the server tonight with 7 or 8 players including jimmy mac in the UK and it all seems good. Still some mod testing to do though if anyone is interested. ALso, get your requests in for levels you want to play (not planning on taking the server down between games, systems have been put in place for level voting etc so make sure your favourite level is in the mapcycle)....

also, I would like to run a reserved slots game in which the public can join but that we all take precedence. We don't want one of us not being able to play because there are too many strangers playing already. In order to do this I think I will need your player names exactly as they are to appear in game. If you could add them to this thread in quotes along with your list of preferred levels, that would be simply fabulous. p.s. thanx for your offer dex, I will be making ample use of your head on Friday. Yeah you like that now don't ya bitch....

is it a Toshiba like Susan's? You do right to buy just now - laptops are pretty much the same as desktops just now and priced really low too so you can't really ask for more. Well done Mex! now that I have the use of a well capable games machine at home, the only thing I need a laptop for is travelling, seeing as they are cheaper every month as long as I'm not about to go travelling I'm not about to buy one. For your information though nix, when the time is right I'm probably go for the Dell Inspiron 8600, centrino chip, 128MB G-force, 60gig hd, 512 ddr ram and 15.4" 1680 X 1050 screen
