Grix, Greta's current man runs a bodyshop and had a kiwi working for him for a few years who is now back in Wellington with his own bodyshop. If you want and can try and find out where he is.

i would just like to point out that it was all graeme fault cos i was just following orders
to graemes credit he took it well - which only proves that deep inside he feels responsible and knew it would be wrong to be cross
the only witnesses were his mum and dad and they are bound to side with graeme arent they!

Subject: Re: hmmmm, my Dad's tale
At least it wasn't as bad a my Dad's incident a few years ago when he was reversing out his garage. He had an old diesel Peugot and was reversing out with one leg in the car on the clutch, and one leg out, what for I don't know. You can probably guess what happened but I will tell you anyway. We hear screams from the house, run out and find my Dad with his calf bust open, with muscle hanging out and a lot of blood. He had reversed out over his own leg !! The car didn't stall either being a diesel.
When I went to see him in hospital I asked him how he was. He held up his hand which was in bandage. I said what happened there ? He said 'for f... sake Stewart, the most pain from that experience came from you. I asked why ? He said when you were helping the ambulance man to carry me into the ambulance you were standing on my f.... hand !!!

!!!! On reflection I did think that he was proving difficult to lift.

you could get good money for that tale in all the womans mags and readers digest. Far better than the banal "isnt it funny what children say" stories - not that i read that kinda crap of course - except when i'm getting my roots done darling
