I'm in Berlin connected through a LAN. I'm collecting pop3 email but can't post via SMPT because i'm only allowed access to freeuk smpt if i dialup to freeuk. How do i send email fom outlook express? Do i need to find out the broadband service provider and send through them?

yes you will have to get access to a smtp server to be able to send mail, why dont you just use your zeacon account as you can simply use that one to send mail.. by far the simplest solution and all you need do is put smtp.zeacon.com with whatever your usernaame and password are... hope you are good and speak to you soon

smtp at Zeacon keeps asking for my login and password over and over again without letting me connect. I think I need to find out the smtp server for my service provider here. Nice try though.

... ha ha ha ok, that's not your problem but I thought it was funny. When I'm gallavanting round the world like a big stuck up ponce, wondering into cyber cafes and asking to plug in my laptop, I generally ask them who their ISP is then I go on google and find the ISP website and then look under the support section to get their smtp server address. Generally takes about 5 mins and now you know that's what you need to do then I bet it wont take you long either. p.s. we need a global game soon to celebrate grix's reconnection to the hive mind.

It would be nice to partake in a killing spree during the season of peace and goodwill although might be out of town for a few days between Christmas and New Year
