Reporting here from Varanassi, on whether bhang is legal or not. I have interviewed several of the purveours in Rajahstan and here, and the answers havn't been specific enough to say catagorically. I plan to continue over the new year in Puri, with ratonal scientiffically rigourous experimentaton. The results may follow.
