any one tell me so I can tell my brother about finishing HL, he seems to be at the rocket and launching it but can not finnish. . . . . .

he has got to keep on trying... and thats not the end of half life, he has to go to zen.... which is quite hard

I got way past the rocket and got stuck on Zen and then much (months/years) later I went back and managed to get as far as the giant baby and really that part is impossible. My advice is write it off and go and play a 21st century game instead.

tell him to check out the Walkthroughs that's http://www.planethalflife.com/half-life/guide/walkthrough/ It's all do-able until the baby then it gets really near impossible

i cant remember the rocket, but the baby bit isn't too difficult once you get yr tactics worked out (which took me fuckin ages): IIRC, as soon as you are in with the big baby blast the 3 (or 4) power nodes high on the walls . Then hide and take out the flying creatures until there are none left as they will stop you getting at the big fella. I think there may be a health booster up on a ledge somewhere if you need it, but not sure. Once it's just you and baby blast him with everything you have 'till his head opens, then use the trampoline platform to get above him and fire into the hole, it only takes a few hits before he's toast, i think i might have even been down to the pistol by this point. Oh yeah, if at any point you get teleported to the multi level tower/room thingy, my advice is just to blow yrself up, as its only a distraction from the baby killin'. hope this helps...
