My brother wants a tablet from santa, whats the options?

1st decision, Apple or Android latest Nexus 7 and Nexus 10 are awesome with high res screens and quad core cpu If you're lucky you can get an older dual core nexus They went on sale here when they bought out the latest one for 250 francs down from 600 but unfortunately (for me) they sold out the first day of the offer - by the time I got to the shop after work they were already all gone.

Kindle Fire is good value, as is Android. I wouldn't go Apple as you end up with needing apple cables, chargers and it won't talk to anything but Apple. Nexus would be my pick.

Nexus seems to get the vote, Im never sure about apple, always seem to be over priced for the spec.
