I don't think you can even start to compare some silly game played by pretty boys (ok am clearly not talking about the scots team now but you get the idea) to that day when fate taunted us oh so cruelly by bringing the death of The Beast so close we could almost taste it before then snatching it away again to leave us back in the abject misery which was the 80s.
