Thunderbird free email software will seamlessly import Outlook and Outlook Express mail, address books and account settings, has cool junk/spam mail filtering and will render you immune to most email viruses.
While you are there you may as well get
Firefox free browser software - tabbed windows, total pop-up window control (you say which sites can open pop-iups and which cannot)
get them! - I want to see the Mozilla browsers winning in the grixnix.com
logs
(I may start making the site MSIE unfriendly to force you all to try something NEW - OMG! not something new - it might be better!

Am totally with you, have been using firefox as my main browser at work for the last wee while, its fantastic for development purposes with the extensions as well, and it forces you to write good html code!!! in fact have spent the last two hours with it and i like it loads, like the tab windows aka safari...
