similar to the freenet service over here? who did you use before your dsl? need to get my mum set up...

There ain't no free beer over here I'm afraid I reckon the best is Orcon they provide bandwidth to ISPs which is always a good thing and have a nice web interface for your account no setup fee - online sign up - good webmail I use them for ADSL at home and work and they have always been very pleasant on the phone

ihug used to do a pay for what you use acount with no subscription but not sure if they still do.
