Subject: map updating

trying to get all my maps up to date. Downloaded Rio.zip which contains a 4mb bsp file and a a 1kb res file. What about the samba? Is it embeded in the bsp or do I have to get the sound files from somewhere?

probably althuogh if you've downloaded the zip from globalcs.net then it contains everything anyhow.

What time you all wanna play? I can't really play from work cos my connection lag spikes. I don't have a machine at home at the moment so if I wanna play i need to take my work machine home which means an interuption in service for you guys cos I'm running the game server on a ssh connection from my work machine just now and when i close the work machine the hlds thread on the server stops. Solutions: 1) wait for me to get home (10pm your time / 11pm for mex) 2) play without me (I will leave the server up from now till tomorrow morning) 3) make me play from work (fuck off - aint doing it)

I'd love to play but its a hassle and I spoke to mex and well frankly its not worth taking my machine home just for dex not to show up. I am inclined to give everyone unlimited chances but mex is right, dex never shows. its your call rex, if you say go, then its go.

I'm a maybe for tonight, depends on what the folk I'm staying with are up to. If I can join it won't be until after 10pm bst or later. Would be nice to have a wee run about though
