When r we going to play... i need to play soon how about this weekend at some point or is everyone still distributed away from there homes

i'd love a game, but i think we have to wait till nick gets back to montreal to sort out his server or something. He's heading back on 21st Feb.

Ok... but i need to kill

Have just been playing HL2 deathmatch on the net on my old PIII 1200Mhz 512MB GeForce 2 32MB laptop and it runs. Been playing CS:Source too and it runs perfectly playable at low/medium settings @800x600 giving between 20 and 45 fps. So I'm not suggesting an upgrade just yet but as CS:Source has bots now, I thought it might be interesting to note how far we're away from an upgrade. So far as I know: Neilsons = 1 laptop like mine plus a 1600+ with 512Mb and a GeForce 4 so they have two machines that will play cs:source Fix laptop will play no probs Mex laptop also no probs once its fixed Rex? (got that video card yet?) Dex ? (GeForce fx5700 128MB plus 2Ghz+ CPU and tons of ram?) Kaiser - 2 machines that can play CS:Source easily Sly - 1600+ with 256MB+ and GeForce 5200 128MB Drew? JMAX? I think we're still a way from moving up to cs:source but its maybe not all that far off. Del - am up for a game very soon after I get back. Unfortunately my ISP appears to have changed my IP address so I can't access my server until I get back to Montreal - sorry I can meet you somewhere in the Americas though on a public server....
