In the source Laurent does not request that any reference be displayed and the board is licensed under the GPL which does not require any such reference.
If this site was commercial / popular / had any content of interest at all / had any visitors whatsoever I would have but as it is only of interest to about 10 people and of those the ones who are interested (dex, jmax) know where the code comes from I have not bothered
