so although 1.6 is still our official game (in support of Neilsons and Stix), the march towards CS:Source and HL2 deathmatch goes ever onwards. Have managed to find Mani mod which is an admin mod for HL2M and CS:S and from what I've seen its way better than anything we've/I've had before. Will be looking to test my new powers over the next few days so if anyone wants to try a bit of team-killing or toilet throwing, catch me on skype and we can have a wee run around. Remember that CS:S has bots so we don't need huge numbers to play and HL2M has toilets so all we need is your head

Oh man! Stix you need to buy a new PC. Nielsons need to buy two copies of HL2 We NEED to move up to source (ok we don't but) the mani plugin that I just installed is AWESOME!! no more typing obscure command lines. its all menu based - any fool can admin now (send me your steam accounts or static IPs if you want the power too) I can drug players (very funny - one to do to grix me thinks), slap slay, blind freeze or teleport them, add bots, change maps, kick/ban players, play sounds, restrict weapons there's stats running on the server so those sad gits amongst us can check out their ranking by saying rank team killing will now pop up a menu to let you choose whether to forgive, slay, slap, or take money from your attacker (mex and fix now have a way to resolve their little spats) i can easily arrange votes to decide on the next map altogether its better and am looking forward to us all getting there definitely looking to have people help me test it though....
