afaik the biggest p2p networks are kazaa, gnutella and edonkey
but anything you download on p2p you must scan for viruses
i think kazaa is full of adware
don't know about the rest but I would go with

is bad,l... it installs loads of spyware, well the version i had sent my virus program ballistic is essentiall bittorrent with a search engine.
best bet is to go for
bittorrent and use AZERUS.
i will post the web sites where to get your hooky software when i get home!
